YourProxy Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the balance and top-ups for the residential, static residential and datacenter proxies of YourProxy (proxyour.com). It takes effect on 2026-10-18.
How do YourProxy refunds work?
YourProxy refunds are returned to your account balance. The balance is a prepaid balance in US dollars and is not withdrawn to a wallet.
YourProxy is a proxy service for residential, static residential and datacenter proxies that all run on one token and one balance. Pick a country and city to connect through an IP in that area.
Amounts returned to the balance can be used again right away on any of the three proxy types. Prices for each product are on YourProxy pricing.
Which amounts are refunded to the balance?
Failed, undelivered or cancelled amounts go back to the balance. The rule is that any amount paid for service you did not receive is added back to your balance.
- Purchase amounts that failed during processing
- Proxy amounts that were not delivered
- Amounts of cancelled orders
Traffic already used (GB) and IP periods already provided are used service, so they are not refunded. You can check usage records in the dashboard.
Can a top-up request be cancelled before payment?
Yes, a top-up request can be cancelled in the dashboard before you pay. After cancelling, you can create a new top-up request right away.
A top-up request is valid for 60 minutes, and each account has one open request. The request shows an exact amount with 6 decimals and a deposit address, so please send that exact amount.
Payment is accepted in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. A single top-up starts from $20, from $10 for visitors from World Bank low and lower-middle income countries, and can be up to $10,000.
What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?
If you sent the wrong amount or used a network other than TRC20, contact customer support with the transaction id (TXID). YourProxy reviews each case and credits the balance when the deposit can be matched.
- 1Find the TXID of the transaction you sent.
- 2Send the TXID, the amount sent and the time sent to customer support in your account dashboard.
- 3YourProxy checks the deposit and lets you know the result.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so the result depends on each case. Sending the exact amount on the TRC20 network gets your top-up credited fastest.
How is the top-up bonus handled in a refund?
The bonus is added to the balance as a separate line when the top-up is credited. The bonus is a benefit attached to a top-up, so it is not refunded separately.
If a top-up that earned a bonus is refunded, the bonus from that top-up is removed from the balance in the same proportion. For example, if half of a bonus-earning top-up is refunded, half of its bonus is removed as well.
| Top-up amount | Bonus |
|---|---|
| $100 | +20% |
| $200 | +25% |
| $300 | +30% |
| $500 | +35% |
| $1,000 | +40% |
| $3,000 | +45% |
| $5,000 | +50% |
Bonus levels are also listed on YourProxy pricing.
What should I check before a top-up?
Checking the amount, network and time limit before you pay gets your balance credited fastest and most accurately. Please go through the items below.
- Send the amount shown in the top-up request exactly, to 6 decimals.
- Make sure the sending network is TRON (TRC20).
- Pay within 60 minutes after the top-up request opens.
- To top up a new amount, cancel the open request first.
Working out the amount you need in advance lets you buy the proxies you want with no balance left over. Connection steps are on the YourProxy setup guide.
How do I request a YourProxy refund?
Please request refunds through customer support in your account dashboard. Customer support opens after your first credited top-up.
When you ask, include which amount it is, when it happened and, for anything related to a top-up, the TXID. The more accurate the details, the faster it can be checked.
