What is a residential proxy?

It sends your requests through IP addresses that internet providers give to ordinary homes. To websites it looks like a visit from a regular household, so it gets blocked less often than datacenter IPs.

How do I sign up?

You get one access token on the sign-up page. You log in with this token and use it to connect to the proxies. The server stores only a hash of the token for checking. If you lose it, the account cannot be recovered, so make sure to save it.

What is the minimum top-up?

The minimum top-up is $20, paid in USDT (TRC20). Top-ups from $100 get a 20% bonus, rising to 25% at $200, 30% at $300, 35% at $500, 40% at $1,000, 45% at $3,000 and 50% at $5,000. Your balance works across residential, static residential, and datacenter products.

Can I keep the same IP?

Residential proxies can keep the same IP for up to 120 minutes. If you need one IP for a full month, choose static residential.

Which countries are available?

We currently cover 60 countries, and you can pick a city in each. Look them up in the country list above.

Can I get my top-up refunded?

Balances can't be withdrawn. When a refund is needed, it goes back to your balance.
