YourProxy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses the residential, static residential and datacenter proxy service of YourProxy (proxyour.com). They take effect on 2026-10-18, and by signing up or using the service you agree to them.

What does the YourProxy proxy service provide?

YourProxy is a proxy service for residential, static residential and datacenter proxies that all run on one token and one balance. Pick a country and city to connect through an IP in that area.

The service is operated by YourProxy (proxyour.com), called "YourProxy" or "we" in these terms. The person using the service is called the "user".

  • Residential proxy: charged per GB of traffic used, from $0.80 per GB.
  • Static residential proxy: the same household IP kept for a month, from $3.00 per IP.
  • Datacenter proxy: server IPs, from $1.20 per IP.

All three products run on one account token and one prepaid US dollar balance. Prices for each product are on YourProxy pricing.

How are the YourProxy account and token managed?

When you sign up, YourProxy creates one access token for you. The token is your login and also your proxy password.

The server stores only a hash of the token and its last 4 characters. This means a lost token cannot be recovered or shown again, even by us. Copy it or download it as a .txt file at sign up and keep it somewhere safe.

Anyone who holds the token can use the balance and proxies of that account. You are responsible for keeping and sharing your token, and usage made with your token counts as usage of your account.

Login attempts are limited to 10 per 10 minutes. See how to sign up on create a YourProxy account.

How many accounts can one IP address create?

One IP address can create up to 3 accounts. This rule keeps use fair and prevents abuse.

Creating many accounts by switching IP addresses to get around this rule is not allowed. In that case YourProxy can suspend the related accounts.

What can YourProxy proxies be used for?

YourProxy proxies can be used for lawful purposes and for collecting public web data. Examples are price monitoring, ad verification, SEO rank tracking, market research, e-commerce operations and AI training data from public web pages.

You must follow the terms and robots rules of the sites you access, and the laws of your country and of the target site's country. Respecting the access rules set by target sites is the baseline.

Uses that are not allowed

  • Sending spam email, spam messages or unwanted advertising
  • Fraud, phishing or pretending to be someone else
  • Login attempts with leaked usernames and passwords (credential stuffing)
  • Attacks such as DDoS, exploiting vulnerabilities or spreading malware
  • Sending, storing or distributing illegal content
  • Accessing systems or accounts without permission
  • Any other act that violates the rights of others or the law

If YourProxy finds such use, or judges it highly likely, YourProxy can suspend the account or proxy access without prior notice. The balance of a suspended account is handled under these terms and the YourProxy refund policy.

What are the rules for YourProxy balance top-ups?

The YourProxy balance is a prepaid balance in US dollars. You can use all three proxy types within the amount you top up.

A single top-up starts from $20 and can be up to $10,000. Visitors from World Bank low and lower-middle income countries can top up from $10, and the country is determined by the connection country.

Payment is accepted only in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. A top-up request shows an exact amount with 6 decimals and a deposit address, and the request is valid for 60 minutes. Each account has one open top-up request, and it can be cancelled before payment.
